OptiQ Max is operated by RICS Services Inc. This page describes what we collect, how we use it, and how to ask us to delete it.
What we collect on this site
- Demo-request form fields — name, work email, company, role, materials produced, annual tonnage, optional toolchain notes, optional message.
- Spam-protection signals — your IP address (hashed for rate-limiting) and user-agent string.
- Analytics — Plausible, cookieless. Plausible records page views and a small set of custom events (form submissions, CTA clicks). It does not use cookies and does not track you across other sites.
How we use it
- The form contents go to Sebastien's inbox so he can reach out. Nothing more.
- IP + user-agent are stored alongside the submission for fraud investigation and rate-limiting. We never share them.
Retention
- Demo requests that don't lead to follow-up are subject to operational deletion within 180 days, audited annually. Email
[email protected]to request immediate deletion. - Successful demo requests retained as part of the customer relationship.
- Analytics aggregates retained per Plausible's retention.
Sharing
We don't share your details with anyone outside RICS Services Inc. Period.
Deletion
Email [email protected] from the address you submitted with and ask for deletion. We process within 14 days.
Cookies
The marketing site sets no tracking cookies. Cloudflare Turnstile sets short-lived challenge cookies during form submission only.
